Colorado legislators are right now considering whether to support a resolution that would allow the voters of Colorado to decide whether they want to add a Right to a Healthy Environment to the bill of rights of the Colorado state constitution.  (This would be Colorado’s version of a Green Amendment.)

Colorado State lawmakers need to hear directly from those who believe that environmental rights are inalienable human rights which should be given constitutional recognition and protection.
